Certifies building contracts including schools, offices, health centres and civil structures.
Civil Engineering
Handles road construction, bridges, drainage systems and major civil infrastructure.
Mechanical Engineering
Reviews procurement of plant, machinery, vehicles and mechanical equipment for state use.
Electrical Engineering
Covers electrification projects, ICT infrastructure, telecommunications and energy contracts.
Water & Environmental
Oversees water supply, sanitation, irrigation schemes and environmental remediation projects.
Local Government Unit
Monitors procurement in all 27 LGAs, ensuring compliance and due process at grassroots level.
